Welcome to SolarEdge Power LLP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://solaredge-power.com) and the purchase of our solar engineering, electrical services, and lifestyle products. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.1 Company Details: “SolarEdge Power LLP” is a registered limited liability partnership with its registered office in Moshi, Pune, Maharashtra.
1.2 Acceptance: By accepting a quotation, signing a contract, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Solar EPC & Electrical Works: The scope of work for Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or Electrical Infrastructure projects will be strictly limited to the details mentioned in the official quotation or contract provided to the Client. Any additional work requested on-site will be charged as “Extra Items.”
2.2 Site Suitability: The Client is responsible for ensuring the site (roof or land) is structurally sound and free of obstructions before our team arrives for installation.
3.1 Validity: Price quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., solar panels, copper, steel).
3.2 Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated as “Inclusive of Tax.”
4.1 Payment Schedule: For project-based services (Solar/Electrical), payment must be made according to the milestones defined in the Work Order (e.g., Advance, Delivery of Material, Installation, Commissioning).
4.2 Late Payments: SolarEdge Power LLP reserves the right to pause work or withhold final commissioning/handover if payments are not received by the due dates.
5.1 Liaisoning Service: We assist clients in obtaining government approvals, Net Metering connections, and subsidies as part of our service.
5.2 Timeline Disclaimer: Timelines for government approvals (MSEDCL/DISCOM) are beyond our control. SolarEdge Power LLP shall not be held liable for delays caused by government officials, policy changes, or meter shortages.
6.1 Product Warranty: Warranties for hardware (Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries) are provided directly by the respective manufacturers (OEMs). SolarEdge Power LLP will assist in claiming warranties but is not the guarantor of the product itself.
6.2 Workmanship Warranty: We provide a designated warranty period (as per contract) on our installation and wiring workmanship.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: SolarEdge Power LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit due to grid failure) or damages caused by Force Majeure events (natural disasters, storms, etc.).
7.1 Custom Projects: Orders for customized solar plants or electrical infrastructure cannot be cancelled once the material has been procured or dispatched to the site.
7.2 Lifestyle Products: Returns for small solar lifestyle products are subject to our specific Return Policy, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
8.1 Scope: Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) cover routine cleaning and health checks. Replacement of faulty parts after the warranty period will be charged additionally.
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
